We guarantee beautiful, long lasting flower arrangements for up to 7 days after you receive them! If it doesn’t exceed your expectations, we will replace the old arrangement with a brand new one. How do I know if my San Antonio flowers have been delivered already?
If you provide an email when placing the order, you will receive a delivery confirmation once our driver finishes the route and marks the exact times. Haven’t received your email? We ask that you be sure to check your spam folder as sometimes it may send there instead. Don’t have an email? No problem! Upon request, we can also text a photo once delivery is completed.
What happens if my recipient isn’t available for delivery?
We ask that you please provide the recipient phone number when placing the order either online, in person or over the phone to ensure that we have a way to contact them if they are not available at the time of delivery. If we are able to contact the recipient, we will ask how they wish to proceed with delivery whether it be to leave it in a covered, safe place on the porch, bring it back to the shop for pickup at a convenient time or even redeliver when they will be available.
What if you don’t have the exact flowers in the picture I ordered?
Occasionally we may need to substitute certain flowers in an arrangement if we sell out or if we do not approve of the quality. You can trust our experienced designers to maintain the overall look and feel of the original arrangement while making sure it equivalates to the same amount. You will never receive less than what you asked for! Please let us know of any special requests such as allergies or if pet friendly flowers are needed.
How Do I Make My Flowers Last Longer?
We put extra love and care into making your one-of-a-kind arrangement and want to make sure they last as long as possible! We suggest regularly changing out the water, keeping the arrangement in a nice, cool setting away from direct sunlight or heat, and cutting the stems every once in a while, to make sure you can enjoy your flowers for a longer period of time.
Can I Request A Flower Delivery At A Specific Time?
At The Flower Bucket San Antonio, customers come first! Please let us know of any time or delivery requests in advance so that way we can make sure to plan accordingly. We guarantee same day deliveries to businesses by 4pm, schools by 2pm, and funeral orders in accordance with the service times.
