Samantha is one of the most tenured team members at Lone Star Bloom joining their Austin location in 2013 right out of Texas A&M's Benz School of Floral Design. She has since moved on to office out of the San Antonio location and while she still steps on the design floor every once in a while primarily focuses on generating some of the most exclusive floral content you see across all of our websites. She's also a regular contributor to online forum Q&A's, providing the insight and knowledge she's grown to acquire her 10 years at the largest brick and mortar retail florists in the country.

With a background primarily focused in design, Samantha has personally managed two stores performing at four times that of the average florist in the country. She was involved with our procurement team after her store management stints leading the purchases of all of our floral supplies (vases, baskets, etc) providing her with unique insight into the requirements that each floral arrangement demands of its vase (it's more important than meets the eye). She currently manages all of our virtual assets from websites to social reputations! Jasmine joined us in 2020 through our Flowers On Base acquisition, which included flower shops on several military installations across the country. While her floral management and design was spectacular, she also showed a technical digital knack that we were eager to put to use.

Jasmine primarily focuses on the technical aspects of our website, making sure we're able to reach readers like you every day. She's in charge of most of the promos, specials, and other programs you see on our sites, so if you're getting a discount today, thank Jasmine! Lone Star Bloom started in 2010 when Kyle purchased Roses Galore Floral Designs in Mesa, Arizona from Dirk Van Leenen. Since then, the group of flower shops has blossomed (see what we did there) to over 30 locations in 12 states and is still growing. The growth has been easy with a strong team that deliveres excellence in both flowers and customer experience.
Kyle's Industry Features
Kyle has contributed to the floral industry's trade assocation,SAF, through multiple speaking engagements and been profiled by Texas Business Radio about Lone Star Bloom's journey. Along with lending additional expertise to FTD University he has led Lone Star Bloom to three appearances on the Inc. 500's List of Fastest Growing Private Companies.
Kyle's Expertise
While he has little floral design experience compared to the rest of the team, he still knows know a thing or two about a flower delivery. With a background in accounting, Kyle has turned his focus to meeting the expectations of the people that place an order for flowers on their websites. One of the biggest struggles in the floral industry is people getting let down when their flowers arrive and they do not like the picture from the website. Since every bouquet is handcrafted and mass producing doesn't really exist inside of flower shops - this can present an issue to florists of all skill levels. Karlie joined The Flower Bucket in 2016 when we opened our first Houston location. While she had very little floral experience she did come with a creative background as a hairstylist which translates to creating stunning and exquisite bouquets. These skills have given our florist in Houston the highest Google rating amongst all of our stores, which is a testament to her exceptional customer service and floral design!

Karlie manages nearly 100 flower deliveries per day and when it comes to ordering flowers online, she has a knack for when you get your money and when you don't. She regularly contributes content to our site reviewing local flower shops and rating them on various levels related to pricing, design, and delivery! Not every florist can make the bouquet look exactly like the picture (some for good reasons, others not) so Karlie provides insight to people like you on what is acceptable to substitute in a bouquet in order to maintain the look and feel of your flower delivery!
